"Love the layout of flats here. Very well ventilated. The society plot itself is well situated. Perhaps the only one which is four-side open with roads on each side! I've visited a number of societies in Noida. Some of the much newer ones pale in comparison to Maple when it comes to cleanliness, location and the overall architecture."

"Severe seepage issue in flats and basement.Poor lift conditions. No place to walk, no play area for kids. Very small central park area which is mainly used for all outdoor games (football, basketball, etc) and kids in play area getting hit by ball many times. Pathway around tower is for car parking mainly. You have to be very careful while walking or cycling. Some drive very rash and have no respect for pedestrians( honking, staring if you are in their way) Management is very arrogant too especially towards tenants. Basically I didn’t find friendly and safe society for kids and senior citizens. Most of the positive reviews are from flat owners which a stunt to have good reputation of society and increase market value so please ignore as most of them posted at same time."
